We build 'super computers' for our clients. We have been doing this for years.  . Stock PC's are just that "stock." They are just slow. To make one go fast is like installing a V8 in a VW. It goes a few blocks like a bat out of hell and then,  the gearbox blows- just like a small processor when it's overloaded. 

A really fast computer has to have carefully matched parts. The mother board and main processor have to match the rest of the high speed "super" components or the beast can (will) overheat and blow.

We can build you a really fast machine expressly designed to do what you want it to as fast as you want it to be. A totally custom computer with screens and printers to match.

We like the x64 version with a multicore processor and 8 GB of RAM. We can match it to make sure the motherboard/cpu has energy efficient settings and proper ventilation. We can recommend an internet service to deliver the maximum mbs to match the capability of your new box.

Of course, this kind of set up isn't cheap and isn't for everyone. However, when money isn't the principal issue we will buy your parts one by one choosing the best available. Doing it this way you know exactly what's being installed and that the performance will match your expectations.
